Slate & Sparrow Builders

Slate & Sparrow Builders is a luxury custom home builder known for sleek, modern, and timeless homes. However, their brand did not show it online, on their work trucks, or on their marketing materials.

The key was simplicity. Their clients have high-end taste and look for luxurious design, so the brand had to speak that same language before any job started.

We designed a simple mark of two wood branches that form an S in the negative space. It shows the simplicity of their craft and nods to wood, one of their favourite materials to build with. A muted palette of dark greys, whites and greens finishes a brand that matches the quality and elegance of their work.
